Scallop Baby Hat Pattern

I'm thrilled to introduce my first "official" pattern!

I made up about twenty of these little baby hats for a custom Etsy order and decided to write up the pattern for all of my other crocheters. It will be available for download shortly. I'm am just waiting for feedback from my fantastic, fabulous testers and then I will pass it on to you!
